As I am writing, I am spending another lonely night in Bullhead City finishing up online assignments with intermittent Candy Crush sprees. Last night before my roommate went to bed, he reminded me not to turn off the lamp. I asked him "Why do you want to leave so many lights on?" "So I can see who I am shooting if an intruder comes in." Then a conversation about guns ensued. Apparently Arizona has the most lenient gun laws in the US. People are allowed to openly carry a gun in public. "This is the wild wild west," my roommate added.
