I can't believe that it was exactly 1 month ago from today that I left Egypt!
As soon as I got home at 12am, I went to school the next morning to attend a 8am class. Now that half of the winter quarter is completed, I am already looking forward to my next travel. I'll be flying to New Orleans for winter break!
This quarter has been especially challenging because of the course load (17 quarter units!!!), applying for a dietetic internship, and a shift of thesis plan. It's been overwhelming but luckily I have not mentally folded...at least not yet.
I really can't until this all over!
